At O2Nails UAE, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Consumables (inks, gels, liquids)
  • Items damaged due to misuse

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
